J.S. Bach's Pedal Exercitium is the only study he wrote specifically for the organ pedals. It was thought to be a very virtuosic piece at the time, as indeed it still is today.

This transcription of Pedal Exercitium has been made for unaccompanied solo tuba and has been edited to take into account the breathing and phrasing required to play it on the tuba. It is in concert pitch bass clef.

In this edition following my edited version there is an ‘unmarked version’ of the Pedal Exercitium onto which any new markings or musical ideas can be added as an alternative to my edition.
